Vesna Milosavljević (Belgrade, 1971), editor and director of the SEEcult.org Portal for South-East European culture. Graduated journalism at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade (1999). A professional journalist since 1992 (news agencies Tanjug, FoNet, Beta and other media). Also was a correspondent for the Reporters Without Borders for Serbia and Montenegro (2000-2007). Since 2000 has been focused on Internet as one of the founders of the Association of citizens SEEcult.org and the co-author and coordinator of the various projects that SEEcult.org is implemeting with the partners from Serbia and region, related to culture and art, cultural and media policy, networking and related topics (Let’s Talk Arts Critic, Balkan initiatives for cooperation, exchange and development of culture, Criticize This! ABC of Independent Culture, Archive as Practice, World Around Us, Tour Guide, Critic on work…). Also was one of the editors of Manek magazine of the Association Independent Culture Scene of Serbia. Editor of several publications related to contemporary art. A member of the Independent Journalists Association of Serbia (IJAS) and the Association of Applied Arts Artists and Designers of Serbia (ULUPUDS).
