After three years of engineering studies, Nikola enrolled in the Academy of Arts in Belgrade. He produced numerous short films during his studying, with short documentary film Spring being selected in official selection for short documentary program for esteemed festivals such as 70th Martovski festival and Beldocs 2021. Short fiction film Magda and Sena, where he took a position of an executive producer, was screened around the world at over 30 international festivals, winning numerous awards, and being selected as a nominee for In the Palace Oscar-qualifying short film festival.

He worked in 8 projects (commercials, music videos) for production company “She films”, being a part of the production team as PA, 2nd AD, Casting Manager, Location Manager Ast. etc. He’s currently working as a freelance location manager assistant and locations scout, and also as a crew member for a TV show in the making, as 1st AD and creative director assistant.
