My name is Juliane Rummel and I mainly work as a journalist for German public broadcaster BR/ARD. After my studies in Political Sciences at Albert-Ludwigs-Universtität at Freiburg im Breisgau and Institut d’Études Politiques Aix-en-Provence I integrated a traineeship at Bayerischer Rundfunk in 2020. During this two-year program I could develop all skills required for my work as a journalist such as filming and basics in editing. That’s where I discovered my passion for TV reports and documentaries. In 2022 I published my first (journalistic) documentary about aesthetic plastic surgery for German public broadcaster SWR.
