Imogen Cowan is a UK-based filmmaker specializing in sound design and recording, with skills in camera work and directing. This experience trained her in sensitive interviews and documentary filmmaking, allowing subjects to speak for themselves while retaining creative control. Extensively trained in location sound recording and post-production sound design, Imogen has worked as a sound recordist on two low-budget short films. Her skills include configuring IEMs, syncing timecode, operating booms, and troubleshooting equipment. Recently, she completed a course in sound design and composition. Passionate about documentary filmmaking, Imogen is hardworking and quick to learn.
