APPLY FOR FREE XR/VR FILM WORKSHOPS!

Are you interested in film and VR/XR technologies? Do you want to spend time in an innovative digital environment with young creatives from the region while learning something new about film? This is your chance!

Apply for the free VR/Online film workshops XR Interaction Without Limits and develop your skills in interactive storytelling, collaborate with peers from the region, and learn from film and VR experts.

The workshops will be held online once a week, from April 5 to May 25, 2025, through 11 interactive sessions in a virtual environment. The programme is led by XR expert and mentor Georgy Molodtsov, and participants will gain knowledge about XR technologies, and film, and have the opportunity to watch and discuss films created by young authors from the region. No prior experience or VR equipment is required – just a computer and internet connection.

The most outstanding participants from Serbia and Kosovo* will have the opportunity to travel to Skopje and take part in the Giffoni Macedonia Film Festival in October 2025.

Applications are open until March 15, 2025, and interested candidates can apply via the online application form.

The XR Interaction Without Limits project is implemented by the Independent Film Center Filmart in collaboration with Art Without Limit (Kosovo)* and the Association for Media Literacy Planet-M (North Macedonia). The program is supported through the Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans (CC4WBs) initiative, jointly implemented by the British Council, UNESCO, and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), and funded by the European Union.
