Italian filmmaker born in 1991. After a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, she pursued a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience. She graduated from the Documentary Filmmaking course at the Film School Luchino Visconti in Milan. In November 2021 she attended a Film Residency supervised by Werner Herzog (LaSelva). She was selected for the 2021 edition of Premio Zavattini held by AAMOD (Rome, Italy), where she developed a short documentary project that creatively reuses archive materials to tell how congenitally blind people perceive the world. In May 2022 she was selected to take part in a residency in the Republic of Georgia, where she made “Anaklia”, a short documentary that was presented at Laceno D’Oro and Festival Mente Locale, where it won the distribution award for the best short documentary.

She mainly works as a filmmaker, combining her interest in documentary, experimental cinema, and theoretical studies.
