Anitha is a debut director-producer and alumnus of Satyajit Ray Film and TV Institute, Kolkata (under the Information and Broadcasting Ministry of India) hailing from Kerala, India. She specialized in Media Management and Productions for OTT platforms and TV from the EDM wing of SRFTI.

She is also a freelance journalist, professional translator, and interpreter. After her Masters in English and German Languages and Literature, Journalism and Mass Communication she freelanced for Radio, TV, magazines, websites, and different newspapers including The Hindu and Indian Express.

She has worked in the IFFK (International Film Festival of Kerala) office team at different times as a reporter, photo editor, bulletin editor, and editor before.

Currently, she is working on her two feature-length documentaries named “Mind Your Language” and She’erit (The Remaining)”.
