Khaled Alswidan Alkhaldi is a Syrian cinematographer and director who was displaced to the Jordanian desert in 2011. Driven by a deep passion for cinema, he studied filmmaking at SAE Institute Amman and later joined the International Class at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg.

He has worked as a cinematographer on the films Harvest Moon and Concrete Land, as well as on feature film. He completed his first short documentary Equinox, and is currently producing and directing the feature documentary Amal, which is in production and has received multiple development awards. 

In 2025, Khaled was selected for the CCP Fellowship Program in Germany, supported by IFA.

Khaled also served as a production manager in Syria and Lebanon for the German film HEIMAT, directed by Zakaria Al Saadi and supported by SWR.
