Milena Đukić is a cultural manager and producer from Montenegro, working across documentary film, film festivals, educational programmes, and video production. She is the founder of the production company Narwhal and a co-founder of Kino Klub Podgorica and the Drugarice Festival.

Since 2019, she has been part of the team behind Underhill Fest, where she has served as festival producer since 2024. Her professional focus is on educational programmes, supporting the development of emerging filmmakers, and documentary film.
