Synopsys:
Notes on Blindness: Into Darkness is an immersive virtual reality project based on writer and theologian John Hull’s sensory and psychological experience of blindness. In 1983, after going completely blind, Hull recorded over sixteen hours of audio diaries across three years, reflecting on loss, rebirth, and his inner world. These original recordings form the foundation of a six-part interactive documentary that combines virtual reality, gameplay elements, binaural audio, and real-time 3D animation to immerse viewers in Hull’s cognitive and emotional journey.
