Sagar Saurabh is a writer, lyricist, actor and filmmaker from Assam. His filmmaking career started with his debut short film Bheko Bhabona (Much Ado About Nothing) which was produced by Kahini Media for Project Desh. He co-wrote and played a primary character in the feature film Aamis (Ravening) (2019). He also has co-written The Headmaster’s Son (2022). His short film An Afternoon With A Stranger (2022) was screened at various international and national film festivals including Cinergo International Film Festival and SiGNS Film Festival 2023. His feature-length project A Pistol was selected for the Writers INK Feature Film Screenwriting Lab 2022. His recent documentary project has been selected for the PSBT Doc_Commune cohort 2023-24.
