Born in Helsinki in 1977. Director-screenwriter, works with both fiction and documentary film. Special interests: other art forms, philosophy and nature. Lives and works in Espoo – Helsinki.

2005 Master of Art, Aalto University (former University of Art and Design Helsinki)

2006 Studies in philosophy, University of Helsinki

1998 Studies in acting, Västra Nylands Folkhögskola, Karjaa

Earlier education: Scenographer. Stopped working as a scenographer in 2005 and switched art form from theatre to film.
