Elena Melloncelli is an Italian camera operator, filmmaker, and festival organizer. Born in Milan, she graduated from Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti in Cinematography in 2015 and participated in several international masterclasses. In 2016 she lived in Prilep, Macedonia, and since then she is the co-organizer and co-director, with Darko Gorgieski, of the Winter Apricots Prilep International Film Festival. She is a stable collaborator of the documentary-oriented Italian production house Berenice Film, with whom she participated in producing feature and documentary films. In 2023 she joined the Augenblick collective, Genova, and was part of the Screendance selection committee of the festival FuoriFormato.
